Q) Why was I charged twice?
A) You must have clicked on the subscribe button twice, contact Member Services
Q) Why isn't my login working?
A) You should check and make sure that your subscription hasn't expired. If it has not expired yet. Please remember that our system is case sensitive.
Q) It says "missing animation", why is this happening?
A) Some of our objects have unique animations. If you are receiving the "missing animations" error, try placing the .iff file into the Downloads folder and the rest of the files into the Skins folder. Also see the Installation Instructions Page inside the site.
Q) How do I become an artist for JD's SIMulated?
A) We are always looking for new talent. If you are over 18 and think you have what it takes, send and email to . Please include a picture of your work as well as a word or two about yourself. At the moment, we have all the skinners we could ask for. We are currently hiring object designers as well as animators object hackers and advanced skinners (includes Meshe Design). If hired, we will pay you monthly, give you free access to the site, as well as an "[email protected]" email address, if desired.
Q) Can I pay for more than a months time?
A) Sure! You can choose a one time, reoccuring or a 180 day discounted subscription. Just select from the drop down box on the join page.
Q) May I have permission to redistribute, recolor or clone your content?
A) ABSOLUTLY NOT! Our files are for personal use only and should never be redistributed, cloned or recolored. Any website or file sharing group who is found guilty of such an act, will find their site or group closed down. We are not kidding about this.
Q) Do you accept payments by mail?
A) Sorry, not at the moment. We accept credit card and e checks payments through the website only.
Q) Can I use my Debit/Bank Card to Join?
A) Yes, just select the JCB option during the sign up process.
Q) I paid Pandora Sims for a subscription and can't get in.
A) Ok, so email THEM. We are not Pandora Sims (in case you can't read). While we however are affiliated with them and enjoy working with them, we do not offer technical support for their members.
Q) What do I need to view your site in the way it was intended?
A) You will need WINZIP for the downloadable files, and the latest version of FLASH PLAYER. This site is best viewed at a screen resolution of 768 x 1024 Pixels.
