After they take the site down you should forcefully hint at putting big assed links to the sites which where stolen from. ;)

I have emailed the site owner as well as Yahoo Copyright. I am in the process of faxing them a legal statement to take the site down, since the site owner never bothered to remove our files or even respond.

The above site is offering downloads for free that were taken from a subscription website, to which I am a subscriber. The above site has no permission from the artists who's work they are offering, as well. Copyright infringement is a nasty business and reflects on my opinion of Yahoo for allowing such to continue.
