Sorry to hear about yet another one. There probably isn't a way to stop it completely, but what about forging an alliance w/ other websites to police this sort of thing? I'm aware that nobody has the time to do this on their own, but there's strength in numbers. Even then you wouldn't be able to *catch* every person who disrespects the rules, an example could be made of the few that are. Can you imagine what would happen if a few ppl were forbidden from say, five or more paysites for stealing from just one?
