Actually, they offer cards for people who dont have c/cs, in any computer gamming shop.
You don't actually need to buy the tso cd, just ask maxis for a registration code.
The TSO card costs about $15 canadian, so I'm guessing in USD its around $5 - $10. :)

Good Call on the trial Morbidia! Actually you only need a C/C to set up the default billing. It doesnt cost anything to use the trial.*smug*
