Neighborhood Landscape
Is it possible to change q neighborhood into a winter landscape without changeing the other neighborhoods. If so how? Please help!

Yep, you can have a winter landscape by downloading or making a white floor tile and put it everywhere there is grass. Otherwise, nope, can't be done.
Somewhere out there is also a snow download made from a flower object. When watered it grows. (I think I got it from SimFreaks last winter)
