disappearing downloads
I have a mac - and the only expansion pack I have is livin large. I downloaded a whole bunch of objects and put them into my game files, but most of them, including the hookah, sex rug, stripper pole, and all the really fun stuff, shows up in the buyables menu, and I can even place them in my houses, but when I go back into live mode, they are gone, along with my money. And some things don't show up to be placed, even though they're in the menu. Or objects like the lap dance couch crash the game when clicked on to place, or when used. But stuff like the beds and dildos work fine. Help! I didn't want to spend this money on something I can't use.

Well, there's a couple things wrong with that...
1st of all, we cannot verify that any of our downloads will work with a Mac, none of us have one.
Secondly, alot of our objects will require at least hot date, mainly due to their animations and / objects the project was cloned from. Sorry.

Hi Huffy, That happend to me too. Although I have all the expansions, I only had livin large installed at the time. I then installed House party and they work much better. So perhaps you can try House party. One of the problems I am having besides most objects not showing up in the game period is the rug. No matter how hard I try they still say missing animation and do that annoying dance

Try moving the ani's to the skins file, it works just fine for me.
